Mustard Rosemary Chicken

This is one of my favorite chicken dishes I’ve made.  Super easy, and truly delightful.

This is one of my go-to meals after a long day, when I’m crunched for time.  Keeping my words short with this post to dive right into the recipe.  I hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Mustard Rosemary Chicken

Serves 3-6
Prep time 20 minutes
Cook time 40 minutes
Total time 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 3 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup Mustard
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Real Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x11 pan with butter. Place your chicken breasts inside.
Step 2
In a dish, mix together your mustard, vinegar and syrup. Pour over your chicken and mix around (cover all edges of the chicken- top and bottom- very thoroughly).
Step 3
Top the chicken with pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove, cool and enjoy!
